On 16 June 2025, Evolution Commerce Sdn Bhd (Evocom) was invited by the Faculty of Applied Communication, Multimedia University (MMU) to conduct a mock interview session with 60 final-year diploma students.
Representing Evocom were Dr. Esther Loo, Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, and Naim Mazeri, Head of Talent Acquisition.
The engagement was hosted by Dr. Mokhtarrudin Ahmad, Dean of the Faculty, and Aliah Amira, Lecturer at MMU. Each student had the opportunity to experience a real interview setting and receive constructive feedback to improve their readiness for future employment.
Dr. Esther Loo and Naim Mazeri shared practical tips on being memorable during interviews, emphasizing the power of authenticity, preparation, and confidence in making a lasting impression.
