Evolution Commerce is pleased to share that Dr Esther Loo was invited to moderate a featured panel at dataAIX Kuala Lumpur 2026, held on 26 March 2026 at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Organised by Rockbird Media, the conference was themed “From Readiness to Reality” and brought together leaders across data, AI, and digital transformation to discuss the practical path from ambition to implementation.

Dr Esther moderated the panel session “Workforce Upskilling and Talent Development in the Age of AI,” a timely discussion centred on how organisations can prepare talent, strengthen capabilities, and navigate the human implications of AI adoption. Her role in guiding the conversation reflects the growing importance of leadership voices that can connect technology, workforce development, and business transformation in a grounded and practical way.
The panel brought together a distinguished mix of industry and academic leaders. Md Abdul Mukaddem, Director of Digital Commercial and AI at Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei, brings more than a decade of digital transformation experience across global FMCG organisations, with expertise in AI/ML, advanced analytics, and large-scale commercial transformation across Asia and the Middle East.
Also joining the panel was Professor Dr Ho Chin Kuan, Vice-Chancellor of Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU). Under his leadership, APU has continued to strengthen its position in AI education and innovation, with the university receiving national recognition for AI excellence. Public APU materials also describe his expertise in areas including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Completing the panel was Monir Azzouzi, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Cyberjaya Education Group, who brings over 20 years of HR and business leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and FMCG sectors in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Cyberjaya Education Group notes his track record in digital and cultural transformation, alongside recognition such as the Asian Human Capital Award and inclusion among Southeast Asia’s top 100 influential HR leaders.
For Evolution Commerce, Dr Esther’s invitation to moderate this discussion reflects the relevance of perspectives that bridge people, innovation, and transformation. It also underscores the company’s continued engagement with conversations shaping the future of talent and digital readiness in Malaysia’s evolving AI landscape.
