Evolution Commerce Sdn. Bhd. strengthened its commitment to responsible and human-centric innovation at the 2nd Indonesia HR Tech Summit 2026, where industry leaders across the region gathered to explore the future of AI in human resource transformation.
The summit, organised by PT Intipesan Pariwara, brought together HR leaders, business professionals and technology practitioners to explore the theme “AI for HR: Its Opportunities, Challenges and Implementation in HR Management.”
Representing Evolution Commerce, Dr Esther Loo, Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, was invited to speak in Session 1: HR Transformation with AI, where she shared Evocom’s perspective on building practical, responsible and human-centric technology adoption.
In her presentation, “People+ Framework: The New HR Operating Model,” Dr Esther highlighted how AI, automation, data and digital systems can strengthen people operations, support lean teams, and help organisations scale with greater speed, clarity and care.
At Evocom, technology is not viewed as a replacement for people. It is a capability multiplier.
This belief sits at the heart of Evocom’s digital transformation journey. As the organisation continues to grow, Evocom is focused on using technology to simplify work, improve decision-making, enhance operational visibility and enable teams to deliver better outcomes with greater efficiency.
A key emphasis of the sharing was the responsible use of AI. While AI offers powerful opportunities to improve productivity and workforce support, it must be implemented with clear governance, human oversight, data responsibility, fairness and empathy.
The session received strong interest from the Indonesian HR and business community, particularly around the practical use of AI in HR operations, recruitment, employee support, workforce engagement and the future role of people teams.
For Evocom, responsible AI means ensuring that technology serves people, protects trust, and supports better ways of working. It is not only about adopting new tools, but about building systems that are ethical, practical and aligned with business purpose.
Through platforms such as the Indonesia HR Tech Summit, Evolution Commerce continues to advocate for a balanced approach to innovation, one where technology, people and responsible governance move forward together.
As organisations prepare for the next chapter of work, Evocom believes the future will belong to those who can combine digital speed with human judgement, automation with empathy, and innovation with accountability.
