Evocom Launches Prospectus, Advancing Its Vision for a Future-Ready E-Commerce Supply Chain

Evocom Berhad targets RM20.5 million in IPO proceeds to strengthen its operations, advance technology development and deliver adaptable, bespoke solutions for the evolving e-commerce industry.

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 September 2026: Evocom Berhad (“Evocom” or “the Company”) marked a significant milestone with the official launch of its prospectus, ahead of its scheduled listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 September 2026.

The launch brought together Evocom’s Board of Directors, management team, business partners, advisers, members of the media and valued stakeholders to commemorate the beginning of an important new chapter for the Company.

From its beginnings as a Malaysian enterprise, Evocom has grown into a technology-enabled e-commerce supply chain enabler. The Company provides flexible staffing and network support services, including last-mile delivery, transhipment, parcel shipment and hub management.

At the heart of Evocom’s business is its ability to understand the unique operational requirements of each customer and design adaptable, bespoke solutions around those needs. This approach enables Evocom to respond quickly as customer demands, delivery volumes and operating environments continue to evolve.

Supporting Evocom’s Next Phase of Growth

Evocom’s initial public offering (“IPO”) comprises an issue of new shares at an IPO price of RM0.18 per share. The exercise is expected to raise approximately RM20.5 million in gross proceeds and give the Company an indicative market capitalisation of approximately RM82.0 million upon listing.

The IPO proceeds are intended to support Evocom’s next stage of development:

  • RM7.20 million for working capital for its flexible staffing services;
  • RM3.00 million for the development of technology applications;
  • RM3.00 million for the expansion of its air freight transhipment business;
  • RM1.50 million for the establishment of a new headquarters in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan;
  • RM1.34 million for general working capital; and
  • RM4.46 million for estimated listing expenses.

Building a More Adaptable and Future-Ready Business

Speaking at the launch, Evocom’s Founder, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ian Tan Kee Chuan, reflected on the importance of the milestone.

The e-commerce industry continues to evolve rapidly, shaped by changing consumer expectations, fluctuating delivery volumes and increasingly complex supply chain requirements.

Evocom believes that future-ready supply chain operators must be flexible, responsive and able to adapt their solutions to different operational environments. Rather than applying a standard model across every engagement, the Company works closely with its customers to develop tailored workforce and network support solutions that address their specific requirements.

Technology is a key enabler of this approach. Evocom’s technology development plans are focused on improving operational visibility, efficiency and scalability while strengthening the Company’s ability to respond to changing customer needs.

Its technology roadmap includes the use of artificial intelligence to support parcel allocation, route planning, workforce utilisation and capacity matching. These applications are being developed to consider factors such as traffic, weather, parcel volume and workforce capabilities when supporting operational decisions.

By connecting people, data and logistics activities more effectively, Evocom aims to build a more intelligent and responsive operating model that can adapt alongside the e-commerce industry.

The proposed new headquarters in Nilai is also expected to support Evocom’s expanding operations and serve as a fulfilment centre and hub management facility.

As a 100% Malaysian-owned organisation supported by a workforce of more than 2,700 Malaysians, Evocom takes pride in developing local capabilities and creating economic opportunities for Malaysian communities.

Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Dr Esther Loo Chee Hong highlighted the importance of combining technology, people and operational experience.

“Technology is an important enabler, but our strength lies in understanding each customer’s operating environment and designing practical, bespoke solutions around their needs. By combining technology with human insight and operational experience, we aim to deliver solutions that are flexible, scalable and ready for the future.” Dr Esther Loo

Evocom extends its sincere appreciation to its employees, customers, business partners, advisers and stakeholders whose trust and support have made this journey possible.

The prospectus launch represents more than a corporate milestone. It reflects Evocom’s readiness to enter its next phase with stronger foundations, enhanced capabilities and a clear focus on delivering adaptable solutions for the future of e-commerce.

Applications for the IPO opened on 3 September 2026 and are scheduled to close on 14 September 2026. Evocom is scheduled to be listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 28 September 2026.

NewParadigm Securities Sdn Bhd is the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Sole Underwriter and Sole Placement Agent for the IPO exercise.
