EVOCOM continued its collaboration with PERHEBAT through the delivery of the Effective Communication for Future Employability training programme on 30 July 2026. The program held at Dewan Jubli Perak, brought together more than 400 trainees attending physically, while over 500 participants from across Malaysia joined the session virtually, extending the programme’s reach nationwide.
The training was conducted by EVOCOM and delivered by Puan Umi Farziah, Chief People Officer of EVOCOM focusing on the importance of effective communication in preparing individuals for their transition into the workforce.
During the session, participants were introduced to essential communication skills relevant to today’s professional environment, including how to communicate with confidence, present themselves professionally, and adapt their communication approaches to different workplace situations.
The training also highlighted the role of effective communication in strengthening employability, particularly as organisations increasingly seek individuals who are not only technically capable but also able to communicate, collaborate, and engage effectively within a professional setting.
